One of best days followed by one of the worst

Well last monday I was checking my commision through Affmeter (a great tool for checking all your commisions at once) anyway I was checking this in the late evening and was shocked to find a great deal of commision :) . It was one of my best days in past 2 months which was great. I couldnt tell why it had been so good, I didnt have much of an increase in traffic but I was complaining…

And then comes friday. Now fridays arent always the busiest days for sales but I had one of my worst amount of commision since late april. I couldnt and still cant find out why. Traffic was a bit below average but nothing that meant I should see only about 5% of what I normally see. All so confusing.

Would be interesting to see if anyone elses friday and also saturday which wasnt great for me either was also poor for them ?

Just a suggestion but it might be something to do with the postal strike - people could be waiting for the strikes to end before buying something?

Jesse’s suggestion is probably the most likely. It was also a sports packed weekend which would have meant there were less people sitting at their computers.

My weekend personally wasn’t too bad. I seem to be having bigger sales mid week recently. Haven’t been able to work that one out yet!

Hi can I just say thank for putting a link to Affmeter on your blog posting. I have been looking for something like that for the last couple of years to count comissions from differnet aff companies and never managed to find anything, you have just saved me so much time!!!

    Cheers Ross
