My First Direct PPC Campaign Results !
Well after about a week of a new direct to merchant PPC campaign the results are that it’s been a success.
Direct to merchant ppc, involves no site simply a PPC (pay per click) advert that’s destination url is your affiliate link and so goes straight to the merchant. (Note: Very few merchants allow this).
Anyway, They are worth a look in, I’m seeing a ROI of 40% which is ok and so will keep the campaign going and try to get the CPC down too
My plan for the next month or so is to try to find some more Direct to PPC merchants, and create a few more niche sites too ![]()

Hi,
What do you use as a display url for direct traffic? Alot of ads I have seen go direct to the merchant and just have any old url in the display bit, against the Google rules but always seems to be used and a conversation point amongst affiliates.

That’s a good first return.
I have a business accociate who has just started working with Yahoo ppc and he’s seen 1000% ROI.
Maybe worth checking out…
Cheers

Lee I use either my own urls, or merchants depending on the merchant.
Alex an 1000% ROI is brilliant, I’ve never tried yahoo but I may check it out

Don’t know that much about this. Wondering how you go about finding more merchants.
