		<description>It seems like a good idea but there is no business ethics behind any of these. Business take advantage of volunteers to drive their their unethical (sometimes) purposes because they know volunteers doing the job because (mostly) need to get some experience from a particular industry to get a job. 

Money is the only rule for such business and people running such businesses unfortunately. A free entrance and probably something extra by the end of the night may make the volunteer happy but we need to see what is the impact of that action on society. This is something too little care about.

		<description>They had a similar thing to this was I was in Sydney. $40 gets you a bus round several bars and to a club with one free drink in each bar.  I'm sure the bars were happy enough to give free drinks in exchange of the prospect of having drunk english punters with their valuable sterling currency. The bus can't have been that much and the same with the t-shirt, also everyone who volunteered got free entry too. This was also run twice per week. 
Makes me think I'm in the wrong industry</description>
